Our Story
Sadhav Offshore Engineering Pvt. Ltd., founded in 1992, is one of India’s leading marine engineering and ship repair companies. With operations across Mumbai, Visakhapatnam, and Paradip, Sadhav delivers expertise in shipbuilding, dry docking, offshore oil & gas maintenance, and OEM partnerships.
Our clients include the Indian Coast Guard, Naval Dockyard, ONGC, Adani, Ocean Sparkle, Rolls-Royce Marine (now Kongsberg), BrahMos Aerospace, L&T Defence, Mazagon Dock, Goa Shipyard, and GS Caltex Lubricants. Captain Kamalkant Choudhury
Chairman & Managing Director, Sadhav Offshore Engineering Pvt. Ltd.
Master Mariner and a Management Graduate from NMIMS, Capt. Choudhury is a Gold Medalist Fellow of Narottam Morajee Institiute of Shipping. He worked with the Mercantile Marine Dept. and ONGC prior to founding the Sadhav Group. Capt. Choudhury enjoys industry wide goodwill and credibility developed through the years. Apart from professional engagements, Capt. Choudhury is the President of Shraddha Foundation (our CSR arm), working selflessly for the cancer patients. He is also a devoted seeker having completed a two year residential spiritual course in Chinmaya Mission.

A graduate of Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, she brings her strong strategic marketing skills to Sadhav. Since joining Sadhav Offshore in 2011, she has pivoted the firm from being an Oil & Gas sector-only player, into becoming a leading Ship Repair & Ship Building services company and a Dry Dock operator working closely with the Indian Defense industry. Apart from her professional commitments, Devahuti presently devotes time to caring for her young family.

A senior retired banker with over 36years of rich experience in financial operations & management including stints overseas. Mr. Banik heads the Finance & Accounts at Sadhav. He ensures Financial Management, Controls and Compliances necessary to support growing business activities.
Mr. Kiran Chitnis

With over 50 years of experience with organizations such as L&T, Mr. Kiran Chitnis runs tight operations in the Offshore Oil & Gas and the shipyard services business.

A distinguished ex-coastguard officer, Comdt. S. K. Mishra has led Dry Dock and Ship Repair A distinguished ex-coastguard officer, Comdt. S. K. Mishra has led Dry Dock and Ship Repair operations in Paradip & Pipavav with a near 100% on-time completion record. He brings expertise in new ship construction, major repairs, operations, and maintenance
Mr. K. Sanyasi Rao
General Manager, Dry Dock & Ship Repair and POC, Sadhav Kongsberg Waterjet Services
Having over 30 years of Marine workshop experience, working in the field of Dry Docking and Ship Repairs, including with Goltens India and stints in Dubai, Mr. Rao’s even composure helps bring a balanced approach to the high-pressure ship repair environment. Mr. Rao also been given the additional charge of handling Sadhav Kongsberg Waterjet Services.

An accomplished ex-naval officer with over 35+ years of experience, Cdr. Allu Appala Narsayya (IN, Retd.) is recognized for his leadership and operational expertise. He now leads the development of operations in Visakhapatnam, driving innovation and growth.
