Our legacy also includes collaborations with GRSE, Hindustan Shipyard, and Shalimar Shipyard, showcasing decades of expertise in defence and marine engineering.

We pioneered Odisha’s first Class-built vessel with M.V. Sarvekshak, a modern hydrographic survey boat for Paradip Port, and further advanced our portfolio with pollution control vessels M.V. Sucham and M.V. Susham, both under I.R. Class. With the recent takeover of Paradip Port’s slipway infrastructure, Sadhav is now poised to scale its vessel construction business to meet growing national and global maritime needs.

A Reliable Partner to Defence Ship building Yards

At Mazagon Docks, Sadhav is carrying out the Fabrication, Assembly and Outfitting of Hull units. of P17A (Frigate) and P15B (Destroyer) for Indian Navy. The scope includes fabrication of bottom Hull units (including bottom peak forward and aft units), Super Structure blocks and sub-assemblies.

Sadhav has been carrying out the installations of various Equipment including Gas Turbines Destroyers P15B Destroyers and 6no.s Scorpene Submarines being built at MDL.

Sadhav started Goa Shipyard operations in 2010, since then the firm has developed a formidable team and track record with GSL, in the area of Electrical & Electronic installations onboard OPVs. Till date projects completed are Yard 1204, 1205, 1195 & 1210. Projects in progress Yard 1218, 1219 & 1222.

Sadhav has carried out the underground installation of Russian origin Electrical and Electronic systems at the Surface Based Landing Training Facility (SBTF) for which it also carries out Maintenance.

At L&T, Sadhav carried out the Installations of machineries including Main, Auxiliary & Waterjet propulsions on 47no.s Fast Attack Interceptor Boats built of Indian Coast Guard. As well as TT&EAIS Project for L&T Defence.

Goa Shipyard Ltd.

Sadhav commenced Goa Shipyard operations in 2008. The projects that have been carried out with GSL have primarily been in the areas Power & Signal Cable Laying, Hot Works for laying of Cable Hangars, Installation & STW & Trials of Equipments, as well as Installations of Auxiliary Machineries, Trials & Commissioning.

Mazagaon Docks Ltd.

MDL operations of Sadhav commenced in 2018. These projects are being carried out on board P15B Visakhapatnam Class Destroyers and Kalvari Class/Scorpene Submarines being built for the Indian Navy. Within a short span Sadhav has earned MDL's trust with the delivery of project work literally miles ahead of schedule.

L&T Shipbuilding , Defence

At L&T, Sadhav has completed the installations & commissioning of Main & Aux. Machineries & Waterjet propulsion systems on 47 of 53 Interceptor Boats built for Indian Coastguard.

SBTF- Shore Based Training Facility

Sadhav carries out maintenance of Russian origin Electrical & Electronic systems it has installed at the Surface Based Landing Training Facility (SBTF)
