Floating Dry Dock
Sadhav has entered into a landmark agreement with Mumbai Port to establish a state-of-the-art Floating Dry Dock in Bombay. This facility, aimed at enhancing ship repair and maintenance capabilities at the port, marks a major step forward in maritime infrastructure development. The construction contract has been awarded to Artson Ltd, a Tata Enterprise, ensuring world-class engineering expertise and execution for the project.

Paradip Dry Dock & Slipway Infra
Sadhav took over the management of Paradip Port Drydock & Ship Repair Infrastructure in 2013. Since November 2021 Sadhav has also taken over the management of the Paradip Port Slipway infrastructure
Paradip Drydock
The core of our operations is a Graving Dry Dock to accommodate diverse marine vessels for repairs, overhauls and inspections.
The Size of Dock as per below:
- Length: 75 metres
- Beam: 15 metres
- Draught: 6 metres
The facility is equipped with a dedicated pumping system, integrated fire-fighting network and efficient docking/undocking arrangements to ensure safe and seamless operations. Typical works include hull inspections, blasting and painting, machinery repairs, underwater works and class surveys.
Paradip Slipway
We operate Slipway facilities are to handle medium-sized vessels ensuring safe, smooth and efficient hauling and launching operations.
The slipways are equipped to support a wide range of repair and maintenance activities, including hull cleaning, structural repairs and propeller and rudder servicing etc.
Every operation is carried out under strict safety standards and quality supervision by our experienced technical team ensuring precision, reliability and timely project execution.

Jettys
We offer two dedicated Afloat Repair Jetties providing complete on-board service support.
- Jetty 1: 80 metres
- Jetty 2: 60 metres
Our jetty facilities enable efficient on-board machinery repairs, painting, electrical works and above waterline hull maintenance ensuring quick turnaround and minimal downtime for our clients.
Marine Workshops
Our operations are supported by well-equipped covered workshops and a spacious open yard enabling full in-house fabrication, machining and mechanical works.
Covered Workshops:
- Workshop 1 – 1,000 sqm
- Workshop 2 – 400 sqm
Workshop Capabilities: Precision machining, fabrication and welding, pipe fitting, valve and pump overhauling and electrical repairs.
